We have set up several demo accounts for you to use and get a feel for how TimesheetsOnline.com.au can be used to track time and attendance. Feel free to create Users, timesheets, add hours to a timesheet or make any changes within one of these accounts. The data in the account is reset every night so any changes you make will be temporary and won't hurt anything.
Keep in mind that these are generic accounts setup in a way to give you an idea of what a typical company would look like inside TimesheetsOnline.com.au .
This demo is not branded - Every system we create has your colours and logo added free.
Our system is extremely flexible and can be configured to meet your specific needs.
There are four ways to login to TimesheetsOnline.com.au .com depending on the perspective you would like to have:
Employee
As an employee you will be able to examine your own timesheet, add hours, save it, and submit it. You will not be able to view other employees timesheets or execute Approver or Administrative functions.

LoginApprover
As an Approver you will have access to the all the employees timesheets that are assigned to you. You will have limited administrative privileges and you will be able to run most of the reports that are available.

LoginGroup Manager
A Group Manager (or Recruiter) can see all Employees and Approvers that are in their group. You can edit data, create new Users, and reassign Users. You can also download reports.

LoginAdministrator
As the Administrator of the timesheet system you will have total control over the system with the ability to view all the timesheets, run all the reports and execute any setup function.
